About these terms

These terms apply when you opt in to receive SMS notifications from the Arcadis Digital Twins platform. They form part of the agreement between you and Arcadis for your use of the platform and do not replace the Arcadis Terms of Use, which continue to apply to your use of the platform.

The SMS service

By opting in, you ask Arcadis Digital Twins to send you text messages when something in your environment needs your attention, such as an alert you configured in a flow. The phone number and consent you provide are used solely to deliver the alerts you have configured. We do not send recurring marketing or promotional messages.

No sharing or selling of mobile opt-in information

Your mobile opt-in information — your phone number and your consent — is not shared with, or sold to, any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. It is used solely to deliver the alerts you have configured.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge you for the text messages you receive or send. You are responsible for any such charges.

Opting out

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help. You can also opt out at any time in the SMS notification settings in the Arcadis Digital Twins platform. When you opt out, we will stop sending you SMS messages promptly.
